checking in was a bit of a drag payment confirmation took ages even when i showed them my online statement and email receipt they could have sorted it after i was in the room i really wanted a simple family movie night but the selection was dire barely any age-appropriate options and the family section was just misleading this isn't exactly the five-star treatment i expected especially at that price point

Check-in was easy and efficient. Staff were helpful with extra coffee. I received complimentary chocolates celebrating my anniversary. The room had a great view and it was very quiet.

The coffee shop closes early. I would like to see it open later.
